Deluxe Rooms
The Deluxe Rooms, pool and garden view are slightly smaller than the Deluxe Superior Room and is considered the classic Olympic Lagoon Resort room offering. This room comes with a pleasant panorama of the grounds and the pool, and a private balcony.
Deluxe Room, inland view gives guests a pleasant vista of the Cypriot countryside out its French windows, plus all the usual amenities.
Deluxe Superior Rooms
Deluxe Superior Room, private garden view or pool and garden view provide room for up to 3 adults in a separate annex of the hotel. This roomier option includes a lounge area, dressed marble bathroom with twin vanity and a full-sized window. The private garden version is a small enclosed area marked off by meter-high walls, beyond which are the gardens and pool.
Deluxe Superior Room, pool and garden view are in the separate annex and can sleep up to 3 people. These rooms have their own balcony which provides a great view of the pool and the beautiful grounds of the resort. It has a separate lounge area, wooden flooring, large wardrobe and full-size mirror. Bathroom has floor to ceiling window for ample sunlight.
Deluxe Superior Room, inland view is housed in the separate annex and has wooden flooring, a dressed marble bathroom and a balcony overlooking the bucolic Cypriot countryside with its abundant palms and Mediterranean flora.
Junior Suite
Junior Suite, pool and garden view. These suites are in the main building. Larger than the Fisherman’s Suites, there is a separated bedroom and lounge area with a spacious balcony giving guests a pleasant view of the beautifully cared-for grounds, and the pool, with the sea at the far horizon. Bathroom has twin free standing vanities and a bathtub with rain shower. There is a TV in both the bedroom and the lounge area. The main building also houses the resort’s main restaurant, the themed diner, and the main bar.
Fisherman's Junior Suite
Fisherman’s Junior Suite, pool and garden view is on the upper floor of the adults-only Fisherman’s Village. These are the only suites with access to the Fisherman’s Village adults-only lagoon configured pool. The sturdy four poster canopied bed has muslin curtains for privacy and the furniture is all solid, stained wood or comfortable upholstery. The atmosphere is that of a typical Cypriot home. There is a separate lounge area which leads out onto the private balcony. Nearby is the Fisherman’s Village adults-only pool.
Fisherman's Swim-Up Junior Suite
Fisherman’s Swim-up Junior Suite, pool and garden view. Found on the ground floor of the adults only Fisherman’s Village, these suites provide direct access to the adults-only lagoon pool from their terraces. Bed is a sturdy four poster with privacy curtains. The suite’s modeled after a typical Cypriot village home. The private terrace is at poolside and furnished with sun loungers so you can step out of the suite, onto the terrace, and then take a dip in the serpentine-style lagoon pool.
Garden Suites
Garden Suite with Private Pool, pool and garden view, in a separate 2-storey annex, is roomy and designed for up to 5 guests. Sliding door divides the bedroom from the lounge area. Terrace is walled off for privacy and equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, and a sizeable plunge pool. The main pool is adjacent.
Garden Suite with Private Garden, garden view. This large two room suite can be found in the separate 2-storey annex and can sleep up to 5 guests. Pool is just a few steps away. There’s a furnished lounge which leads out to a private garden with lounge chairs and umbrella. This suite is a favorite of guests seeking privacy and extra room.
Family Suites
These suites are specially designed for families of up to four.
Family Junior Suite With Private Garden, pool view. Suite is partitioned with an opaque glass wall with sliding door, dividing the sleeping areas. Both areas are equipped with TVs. Second bedroom/lounge area opens up to a furnished terrace and a small garden enclosed by a low wall for privacy. View is of the pools and gardens.
The Family Junior Suite With Private Garden, inland view is another version of this suite,except the view from the private garden is a pleasant vista of the open area behind the resort.
Family Junior Suite, pool and garden view, is located on an upper story, giving guests a better view of the resort. Other than its large private balcony, it is, in all other respects it’s identical to the other Family Junior suites.
Family Junior Suite, inland view is also on an upper floor. The room is oriented to the pleasant landscape inland from the resort and includes a spacious balcony.
Food and Drink
There are 7 restaurants on offer at the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Ayia Napa. They feature an award-winning Executive Chef, Antonis Nikolaou, live cooking stations, two new themed restaurants, with dining rooms scattered throughout the resort. Dining experiences range from traditional Cypriot fare to American, Asian, and Italian cuisine in a la carte venues. In addition, there are 4 bars to be found throughout the grounds.
The Royal Olympic restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner with live cooking stations. There is also a family section with kids’ animation as well as a designated adults-only section. Themed nights feature meals from around the globe, from the Mediterranean Basin to India and China. Guests can enjoy their meals indoors, or al fresco amongst the gardens and pools. Kids’ buffets are also available.
The Captain’s Deck is an indoor-outdoor taverna-style restaurant where the outdoor part is cantilevered over a fern-lined lagoon. It serves dinner by reservation, and features classic authentic and Greek-style cuisine such as pork souvlaki with pita bread and tzatziki, grilled chicken thighs, and lamb.
Rock n Roll takes you to the USA with its bright red chairs and booths, classic 50’s black and white checked tile flooring, and movie posters from the 1950’s. Steaks and burgers proliferate, along with French fries, milk shakes, all to the accompaniment of the early rock era’s greatest hits in the background.
The Greats features a wall of great figures in history such as Lincoln and Ghandi, and classic menu items such as southern fried chicken, lemon chicken kebabs, and batter fried calamari. The first page of the menu is a bit woke-ish, but that’s our world today. If wokeism is not your thing just go on to the food part, which is why you’re here in the first place. You won’t be disappointed.
Seven Orchids specials in Asian exotica, where you can watch your favorite Asian dish being readied in the open-faced kitchen. Enjoy such fare as classic sushi, teppan Asian marinated pork, and five-spice duck breast.
Garibaldi is an adults-only a la carte restaurant which focuses on contemporary Italian cuisine. Reservations are required for this fine restaurant which is open 6 days a week. Furnishings, flatware, and dishes and glasses all speak of class, as to the upholstered dining chairs.
Olympic Bay Restaurant is another adults-only eating place, found in the adults-only wing, at Olympic Bay and Fisherman’s Village. Next to the Olympic Bay pool, the restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, and is served by expert waitstaff.
Bars
There are 4 bars to choose from at Olympic Lagoon Ayia Napa, and, depending on how you feel, one of these will suit you perfectly. Whether its cocktails crafted by the resorts expert mixologists, or a fresh juice for a fatigued youngster fresh from some activity, there’s something for everyone.
The Blue Lagoon Bar is the resort’s pool bar, and just the place for a cooling cocktail, refreshing beer, or a glass of fresh juice or a soft drink. An open-air gazebo-style building, there is also a poolside patio to get you closer to the water, if that is your thing.

There are tons of things to do and see at the Olympic Lagoon, Ayia Napa, starting with the multiple entertainment options courtesy of the Kanika All-Stars at the Xperience arena, with programs tailored for adults and kids alike.
Examples of first class entertainment at Xperience arena are Sweet Soul Music, featuring classic hits from Motown’s Golden Age in the 1960’s featuring a tight, seven piece band. There’s a tribute to Michael Jackson, featuring the King of Pop’s greatest hits from the 80’s-90’s, and its great dance moves. Oh What a Night highlights hits from the Jersey Boys, the Four Seasons and their tight harmonies and soaring falsetto of lead singer Frankie Valli. There’s also a tribute night to the Music of Queen, the gender-bending, Freddie Mercury led band that took the pop world by storm in the 1970’s-80’s.
In addition there are all kinds of outdoor sports and fun activities to choose from. Whether it’s water volleyball, water basketball, aqua aerobics, or the family friendly Last Spoon Standing, you’ll have a blast in organized low impact sports. Other sports include ping-pong, shuffle board, and archery.
Fun for Kids
Kids can have their photo taken with the Kanika Safari Stars, the resort’s costumed animal mascots. There’s a daily themed mini-disco, Safari Stars character parade, where the mascots circulate amongst the guests, and an Aladdin and Friends show at the Xperience arena. Costumed mascots include a zebra, a giraffe, a lion, an Elmo, and a pretty pink elephant.
The Little Monsters Kids clubs and Teenz clubs have tons of organized activities for kids of all ages. There are over 150 fun activities and games kids can participate in. Even for the smallest ones there is the Creche, a secure designated nursery room with the kids club area, where toddlers can find the peace and quiet they often crave. And when it’snap time there’s the Lullaby Lounge, a sleep area with cribs and climate control and professional early years carers.
The Teenz Club is for kids aged 13-18 and features supervised web surfing, graffiti wallpaper, a lounge, and a gaming area, where teens can meet and get to know one another in a fun-filled environment. There’s a “Chillax Club” featuring screens and sodas, pizza-making parties, and scavenger hunts.
In the Area
Ayia Napa is a tourist’s dream; there are all kinds of things to do and see. You have a number of tours to choose from, such as the Blue Lagoon Cruise, which gives you a great view of the local coastline, along with a couple of one-our swimming stops with free use of masks and snorkels. There is the Caves Jeep Safari, which takes you to the interesting rock formations, forgotten churches, and an opportunity to swim at some of Cyprus’s more deserted beaches. There’s the Ghost Town Famagusta tour which explores the former haunt of the beautiful people during the 1960’s, where movie stars, royalty and other celebrities mingled before the war of 1974.
There’s the quaint Ayia Napa monastery, right in the center of town, part of which is excavated out of the living rock and dedicated to Our Lady of the Forests. Or you can take a lazy walk along Ayia Napa’s harbor, where fishing caiques dock during the daytime and there are cafes and restaurants galore to choose from. There is the Ayia Napa Sculpture Park, where you can peruse the works of 20 sculptors from around the globe. There are miles of hiking trails in the Cape Greco National Forest Park, which offers peace and quiet, beautiful views, and even bike trails. Nissi Beach is a short bus ride away, and features broad, white sand, crystal clear water, and abundant plant and bird life.
You can splash to your heart’s content at Ayia Napa’s Waterworld Themed Waterpark, where you can indulge in water slides, drive go-karts, or dine at a restaurant. Landa Beach offers a whole range of water sports, including surfing, scuba diving, and windsurfing.
