Taking Museum dining to sophisticated new heights "B." is the first high standard café-restaurant at a Museum in Greece. From the beginning of its operation "B." managed to raise the museum-dining experience to levels unseen before.

"B." is located at the Museum of Byzantine Culture in Thessaloniki. The Museum is one of the most beautiful works of public architecture that has been developed over the past decades in Greece - the building was constructed between 1989 - 1993 on the plans of the talented architect Kyriakos Krokos, a personality both ruminant and poetic. In 2000 the Ministry of Culture declared it a historically listed monument, and a work of art.

"B." and the Museum are located next to the Thessaloniki City Hall and opposite the International Trade Fair, both focal points in the heart of Thessaloniki, surrounded by a large green area .

At "B." visitors can combine their tour of this beautiful Museum - which presents various aspects of life during the Byzantine and post-Byzantine periods - and enjoy from early morning a special breakfast and fine beverages, a casual or business lunch, or maybe finish their evening with a romantic dinner by candlelight.

The close collaboration of award-winning chef Sotiris Evangelou with Chryssa Koniordou, the owner of "B.", creates menus that are unique to each season of the year. The full menu is based on Mediterranean flavours combined with elements of fine French and Italian cuisine.

At "B." taste becomes art, and as it is combined with the design aesthetics of the restaurant and the beautiful yard, it sets the background for a most enjoying and relaxing visit, for a coffee, a meal, or a drink.

With private parking and a separate street level entrance on 3rd Septemvriou str. next to Town Hall allows guests to enjoy the restaurant beyond Museum hours.

Come and experience "B.", and for sure it will become your favorite hangout in, or lasting memory from, this most serene place in the heart of Thessaloniki.
