Suites and Villas

The complex comprises luxurious self-catered villas of four different kinds (2, 3, 4, or 5 rooms), all with sea views. The brand-new unit comprises 9 unique suites of three different kinds (1, 2, and 3 rooms), all with private pools.

One Bedroom Suite

One-bedroom suite has one level of an aggregate area of 55m². Outside there is a lawn, private pool (40 m2), furnished terrace, and sunbathing deck. Inside: one bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom, living room, kitchenette. Parking is available.

Two Bedroom Suite

Two-bedroom suites have one level of an aggregate area of 75~85m². Outside there's a lawn, a private pool (3,50 x 5) with a children's pool compartment (3x2), a furnished terrace, and sunbathing deck. Inside: two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the second with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room, kitchenette. Parking is available.

Villas Alkistis

Villa Alkistis consists of two or three levels with an aggregate area of 85m². On the outside, there is a big exclusive garden of 150m², a furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, pool of exclusive use, 4 x 7,5 m., open space living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a parking place.

Villas Iliachtis

Villas Iliachtis are attached, but independent and autonomous. They consist of two levels of an aggregate area of 100m². Outside there is a garden, furnished terrace, sunbathing deck, and private pool 8,5 x 4,5 m. Parking is available.

Inside on the first level, there is an elegant open-space living room with an equipped kitchen and dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom.

On the second level, there are two more bedrooms - a queen-size bed and two single beds - and one more bathroom.

Villa Theano

The villa consists of three levels of an aggregate area of 200m². Its external area comprises a big exclusive garden of 700m², a furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, a private pool 4 x 12m. with a specially designed area for kids, as well as 4 parking places inside the complex area.

Inside, on the first level, there are four spacious double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 1 WC.

On the second level, there is a cozy and modern open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and one more bathroom.

Finally, on the third level, there is one double bedroom and a bathroom.

Get your day started with a hearty breakfast at our restaurant’s buffet. Afterward, feel free to visit the bar to taste our wide range of coffees, fresh juices, refreshments, soft drinks, cocktails, as well as the exquisite wine variety from our cellar.
